• Research for detecting gene mutations and chromosomal abnormalities on Vietnamese women derived breast cancer cell line.

• Experimental design for research of detecting gene mutations (DNA & RNA isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, sequencing)
• Secondary culture of Vietnamese derived breast cancer cell line.
• Optimized protocol for karyotype G-banding which is suitable for analysing chromosomal abnormalities (structural level).
• Optimized protocol for establishing CCl₄-induced liver fibrosis mouse model by oral treatment.
• Isolation of mesenchymal stem cell from mouse bone marrow, mouse adipose tissue, human umbilical cord blood.
• Optimized protocol for differentiating human adiopose-derived stem cell, mouse bone marrow-derived stem cell, mouse adipose-derived stem cell into hepatocyte-like cells in vitro.
