RESEARCH EXPERIENCES
2010 – Present:
* Researcher of Department of Animal Physiology and Biotechnology
* Staff of Stem cell Research and Application laboratory
* Member of Physiology Organization South of Viet Nam
Research projects:
” Applying stem cell therapy in treatment of coronary artery disease on mouse model”
– Method: isolate, culture mesenchymal stem cell and endothelial progenitor cell from umbilical cord blood. Differentiate stem cell into cardiac progenitor cell. Generate coronary artery disease mouse model. Treat coronary artery disease on mouse model by applying stem cell and cardiac inducing cell.
– Expected result: isolate and culture effectively mesenchymal stem cells and endothelial progenitor cells from umbilical cord blood. Generate successfully model of coronary artery disease mice, treat the disease model by stem cell and cardiac progenitor cell. Understanding mechanism of stem cell therapy on the disease model.
